All Saints Anglican School is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our vibrant school community.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for the performing arts? We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our dynamic Performing Arts department.
The Performing Arts Administration Assistant ensures smooth operations within the department by managing student enrolments, maintaining records, handling invoicing, and providing general administrative support for staff, students, and events.
Commencing immediately, this position is 38-hours per week Monday to Friday during school terms, plus additional hours during the school vacation periods as required.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Experience in financial processes, including invoicing and liaising with accounts departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, students, parents, and contractors
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar position would be highly regarded
