ICT Systems Administrator

All Saints Anglican School is a dynamic educational institution committed to maintaining cutting-edge technology systems that support our academic and operational needs. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Support Specialist to join our Operations and Technology Services Team.

Position Overview: 
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and continually developing the school’s technology systems, including datacentres, client systems, devices, and network infrastructure. You will also provide technical support to staff, students, and parents, ensuring smooth and efficient use of technology across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain IT hardware, software, and campus infrastructure.
  • Assist with server administration, system backups, and cybersecurity tasks.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to staff, students, and parents (both remotely and in-class).
  • Help manage IT asset inventory and assist with procurement.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet school-wide technology goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience in IT operations and technical support.
  • Proficiency with hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365).
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach.

Commencing immediately this is a full-time permanent position.
